RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will accept the patch back and refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

Return procedure:

1. You inform us that you want to return the purchased patch and the reason for the return.

2. We tell you the address where you can return the patch. If you live in the US it will be a US address, if you live in Canada it will be a Canadian address. If you live in Europe it will be a European address.

3. You send the patch to the address we provided. If you send a parcel with a tracking number, please tell us this tracking number, if without a tracking number, please tell us that you sent a parcel without a tracking number.

4. As soon as we receive a patch, we will immediately refund.

We will not accept patches that have traces of use.
