Yes, of course! We’d love for you to feature our patches in your store or website. Please ensure they are sold in our original packaging. For wholesale pricing, please reach out to us.
We exclusively use Iron On backing because of its versatility; it can be both ironed on and sewn on. If you require Sew On or Hook/Loop backing, please let us know.
CUSTOM PATCHES
We are capable of producing just one patch, as well as thousands of patches. Naturally, the price will vary significantly depending on the quantity.
To get a quote, please fill out the form on our website with the quantity, size, and a design attachment if available. If you are interested in obtaining prices for various quantities, please specify this in the quantity field.
We provide patches with the most popular types of backing – Iron On, Sew On, and Hook/Loop. If you require a custom backing option, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Certainly! Please send us the image, the format your embroidery machine uses or the name of your embroidery machine, and the desired size. We’ll be more than happy to digitize the design for you.
Absolutely, we guarantee your satisfaction with our digitization, so we’re committed to resolving any issues with the design. Often, problems arise from misalignment of different parts of the design, such as a slightly distorted contour compared to the main design. This usually occurs due to the fabric and stabilizers used during embroidery, especially on knit and stretchy fabrics. Sometimes, we simply adjust the design to match specific embroidery conditions (fabric, stabilizer, thread). Please send us a photo of your embroidered item so we can identify the issue and edit the design if necessary.
No problem. If the sizes are roughly similar, it’s free. However, if the sizes vary significantly, such as from 2 inches to 13 inches, these would be considered as two different digitizations and thus, would be priced as two separate services. Please contact us for an exact quote for your digitization needs.
Yes, we certainly do. We have extensive experience in digitizing for 3D embroidery.
We can digitize letters as small as 0.098 inches (2.5 mm) high. However, you’ll need fine threads and a thin needle to embroider them properly, and not all fabrics may render them legible.
Generally, we can digitize anything. This includes company logos, artist paintings, illustrations, photographs, vehicles, animals, insects, buildings, etc. If it exists in electronic form, we can digitize it.
Our digitizing services start at $10 USD for simple designs. Logos typically cost around $15 USD. Paintings, photographs, and designs with a large number of elements start from $20 USD and up. The most expensive digitization we’ve offered was priced at $200 USD.

SHIPPING
Yes, all our parcels come with a tracking number, regardless of the origin or destination country.
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capability to host customers as we do not have a physical retail store yet.
The shipping cost is determined by the courier services, particularly Canada Post, not us. We send all packages with a tracking number, which contributes to the higher cost. As an exception, we can send parcels within Canada without a tracking number, but please be advised that we will not be responsible for the delivery in such cases.
Based on our experience, delivery can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the country and the availability of the patches in our warehouse in that country.
Embroverse corp. does not have its own IOSS number, so you may have to pay a €6 processing fee and VAT. You can find our products on marketplaces with their own IOSS (eBay, Etsy, Amazon), but we cannot guarantee that you won’t be charged taxes as it depends on the jurisdiction. We plan to open a warehouse in the European Union soon, allowing us to send our products without additional taxes.
Please fill out the form with your order number and tracking number so we can initiate an investigation.
This is a common issue. First, ask your neighbors if they have received your package – in 80% of cases, the postal carrier leaves the package with them. Secondly, check with your household members to see if someone else accepted the package without informing you. Lastly, and most inconveniently, you may need to visit your local post office to inquire directly with the postal carriers. In 20% of cases, the issue lies with the negligence of the postal services or the carriers themselves.
PAYMENTS
Unfortunately, that’s not possible, as we don’t have a physical store and operate exclusively online.
We accept a wide range of payment systems. Please visit our Payment page to see all available options. If you don’t see your preferred payment method, don’t hesitate to contact us. We believe we can accommodate your needs.
Feel free to reach out with any payment inquiries or if you require assistance with making a payment. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Unfortunately, we do not embroider directly onto clothing. However, we have been collaborating for many years with various studios that can embroider on your garments. These studios are located in the USA, Germany, the UK, France, Switzerland, Mexico, etc. Please contact us, and we will recommend the best studio in your country to meet your needs.
Yes, this can happen as Iron On is not perfect. We usually recommend simply sewing the patch on, which ensures it will never come off.
While our primary focus is digitizing designs for embroidery machines, we can indeed convert raster images into vectors.
